In March 2015, Public Trust granted to be part of the pool of the U.S. Department of State Language Services Contractors as freelance translator.

Nominated in 2007 for lifetime membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), the honor society for high-achieving college students, in recognition of the outstanding work at FIU (GPA 4).
